Ready for Flight

“Ready for Flight”
8” x 6”
Oil on Linen Panel

Not a lot of extra time these days for writing. I am pretty much spending all my time painting! Thought I would share one of my newest. This is an old Stearman that was sitting up at the Cartersville airport as it was being preflighted. This plane was in amazing condition, would have loved to have gone for a ride.

Great subject and I love the close cropping you gave it. Beautiful work!

I hope you had a successful exhibit at the Druid Hills festival. I regret that I didn't get there to meet you!
