I had the Good fortune to be invited by Burton Gallery, in North East GA, to participate in a Plein Air event that took place at “The Falls” overlooking the breath taking Blue Ridge Mountains. This is one of the Studies I painted on location the first morning.

I have also been asked to join the gallery and will be participating in the show surrounding this event opening in July.

Great composition and format choices! The brushstrokes for the trees work very well - they're suggestive and not overworked, perfect.
